- It is not admin made / not a guest artist adopt
- it would have to be a MYO and it would need a full body picture/ref + handmouth ref (which it looks like it has something on the hand but not a visible tongue?)
- it also does not have any proof of purchase pictures for a MYO purchase

I'm sorry to hear that, if I may make a suggestion, i'd try to get a full body image from the original creator? Or see if they have proof of MYO? Or have any kind of proof of purchase or even the original post?
I looked through several pages of MYOs in the DA group but I didn't see an image similar to the profile picture of the OC you linked tbh.
I will help as much as I can but without further information/details/pictures/etc there's not a whole lot I can do tbh.
For future help in regards to verify a legit Xynthii I can suggest to look for the following;
- original creator is currently, or was in the past, an admin
- tagged as part of the Xynthii TH world on the TH OC page or has the DA world on the original post in the tagged/submitted in worlds on the side
- any kind of proof of MYO purchase, whether it is a screenshot of approval or MYO purchase
- All Xyn MYOs require a full body ref + Visible handmouth ref (on the art or as a side ref) to be approved
- if there is any anatomical differences (human feet for example) there is a high chance it is not a Xynthii.
- If you are unsure feel free to directly ask for proof of MYO purchase from the trader, or ask the Xynthii Admins like you did here, but before you solidify the trade
